Jon Hood - Senior Pastor

Duck Hill Baptist Church unanimously called Jon Hood as our pastor in March 2025. Jon, his wife, Molly, and daughter, Collins, began ministry at DHBC in May 2025. The Hoods welcomed a son, Jon Parker, in April 2026.

Jon holds a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Kansas City, MO); and a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Spurgeon College.

Owen Clower - Associate Pastor of Student Ministry

Duck Hill Baptist Church called Owen Clower as our Associate Pastor of Student Ministry in February 2026. Owen, and his wife, Megan began ministry at DHBC in May 2026. The Clower's welcomed their first child, Josiah, in June 2026.

Owen is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He holds a B.S. in Marine Science from Savannah State University, an M.S. in Marine Science from the University of the Virgin Islands, and a PhD in Oceanography from Louisiana State University.
